Jayson DiMaria, Esq., graduated from William Paterson University, and Michigan State University College of Law. He has dedicated himself to the practice of both Immigration and Criminal law. Jayson is an attorney at law of the state of New Jersey, and is authorized by law to practice Immigration Law throughout all of the United States. He has been successful in preventing peoples deportation in several states throughout the country.  Jayson has years of experience in all areas of Immigration Law, including, deportation defense, applications for permanent residence (green cards), battered spouse petitions, employment based visas, Labor Certifications, Asylum, and more.  In addition, his experience in Immigration Law has helped to protect permanent residents with criminal charges as he is able to advise them of the potential immigration consequences of certain criminal convictions. Jayson has years of experience in both the Superior and Municipal Courts of New Jersey, defending individuals faced with drug charges, domestic violence offenses, restraining orders, violent crimes offenses, DWI,  probation violations, theft offenses, shoplifting, assault, robbery, speeding tickets, traffic tickets, and more.
