Diana Nikolowski-DiMaria, Esq.
Diana is a Clifton High School Alumni who then graduated from William Paterson University, Magna Cum Laude in 2006. While in college, Diana participated in the pre-law program and achieved the Distinguished Pre-Law Student Award for her academic achievements in the requisite courses. Diana worked full time throughout college in a law firm where she first began her legal experience. She then attended her first year of law school at New York Law School in New York, NY. After her first year of law school she was ranked in the top 2% of her class and then transferred to Rutgers University School of Law in Newark where she graduated, Cum Laude. During law school, Diana clerked at Gaccione Pomaco in Belleville, New Jersey until graduation. She then joined the firm as an associate until 2011 when she decided to become a solo practitioner.
Diana has experience in various municipal courts, the New Jersey Superior County Courts and Appellate Division. She also practices in the Federal Immigration Courts in New Jersey and New York. Her practice is focused on all types of personal injury matters, civil litigation, immigration, criminal/traffic violations and divorce. Diana is licensed in the State of New Jersey in the New Jersey District Court. She is a member of the New Jersey Association of Justice, an organization dedicated to protecting New Jersey’s families by working to preserve and strengthen the laws for safer products and workplaces, a cleaner environment and quality health care. Diana is also a member of Real Life Church, an Assembly of God church, in Hackensack, NJ.
