Jayson DiMaria, Esq.

The founder of the law firm, Jayson DiMaria, Esq., is a graduate of  William Paterson University, and Michigan State University College of Law. He has dedicated himself to the practice of both Immigration and Criminal law. Mr. DiMaria, is an attorney at law of the state of New Jersey, and is authorized by law to practice Immigration Law throughout all of the United States.  Mr. DiMaria has successfully adjudicated Immigration cases in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, and Atlanta, Georgia.  Mr. DiMaria has years of experience in all areas of Immigration Law, including, deportation defense, applications for permanent residence (green cards), battered spouse petitions, employment based visas, Labor Certifications, Asylum, and more.  In addition, Mr. DiMaria's experience in Immigration Law has helped to protect permanent residents with criminal charges as he is able to advise them of the potential immigration consequences of certain criminal convictions. Mr. DiMaria has years of experience in both the Superior and Municipal Courts of New Jersey, defending individuals faced with drug charges, domestic violence offenses, restraining orders, violent crimes offenses, DWI,  probation violations, theft offenses, shoplifting, assault, robbery, speeding tickets, traffic tickets, and more.

Mr. DiMaria remains active in the community as he is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Passaic County Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Riverside Community Church in Nutley New Jersey, and is the Vice President of the Passaic/Clifton Chapter of UNICO National.
